Good evening.

I am releasing the newsletter tonight as I am on the road tomorrow.

The market saw mixed action at the index level on the final session of the week on below-average volume at the NYSE. Weakness in the semiconductor space and losses in some mega-cap stocks weighed on the S&P 500.

The VIG Co. portfolio had a good Friday and was up this week - beating the SP500. We will not make any changes.
