V2 Model May 29, 2021 Update

Good morning!

Here is V2 Model performance versus our benchmark ETF for the SP500 (SPY).

This week:

V2 +4.83%

SPY +1.23%

This year:

V2 +27.83%

SPY +12.71%

The major US markets were higher this week, as market participants took concerns about inflation in stride. The V2 Model was also up for the week.

Below you can see consolidated Ratio #2 charts for the Model holdings HIBL, FAS, and DRN. On each chart, the faster-moving orange EMA is above the slower green crossing line. As such, we remain long those ETFs.

Our plan for next week? We will stay flexible and keep an open mind to changes in either direction. We will not make assumptions. We will go day by day. We will follow the math.

V2 Allocation:

HIBL (35%)

FAS (34%)

DRN (31%)

The V2 Model has performed exactly as expected.
