V2 Model March 24, 2021 Update - Change

Hello!

V2 Model Ratios for both TNA and DPST have moved to cross points today. As such, we will make a change to our allocations after this email is released:

We will sell 100% of TNA and go to CASH.
We will sell 100% of DPST and go to CASH.

We need to maintain maximum flexibility. There has not been a strong trend shift to defense assets. As an example, the VIX is at 19.88 as I type this. Below 20 should be good for markets in this environment. Additionally, trends for short position ETFs have not hit their cross points indicating we should not take a strong short, inverse position at this time.

We will be prepared to go back long or move short depending on the charts in front of us, perhaps as soon as the next few sessions.

Our plan going forward? We will stay flexible and keep an open mind to changes in either direction. We will seek out the next strong trend. We will follow the math.

After our change V2 will hold:

CASH (100%)

The V2 Model has performed exactly as expected.
